Profiling and fixing slow applications: rendering performance, bundle size, caching, Core Web Vitals. I look for causes, measured rather than guessed, and fix them at the right level.

Technical improvements & refactoring
Paying down the debt that slows a team: untangling components, typing untyped code, improving structure incrementally while the product keeps shipping.
Good fit when: Velocity has dropped and every new feature costs more than the last one.
